Sunset Harbour Marina has a fully equipped restaurant and bar/ bistro.
The premises holds a current QLD on-premises Liquor License. The establishment consists of the Skipper’s Bar and a eat-in restaurant seating 50 persons inside and 30 persons outside on the deck under the sails. A separate kiosk is on-site which can be used for serving take-aways, ice creams and drinks.
The kitchen is fully equipped including built-in fridge and freezer, dishwasher, deep fryer, chargrill, oven, microwave, and 2 burner Wok. The kiosk is equipped with a refrigerated fish / seafood display, hot food display, cappuccino machine and bait freezer. (Plus a coke fridge and Streets Ice cream, on loan).
The Skipper’s bar has a refrigerated counter for all beers and wines making it easy to serve. Glasses are all provided with hanging racks and chiller trays in the fridge. A glass washer and double bowl sink make it easy for the bar staff. A mixer sound system is built-in with amplifier, speakers etc and DVD player with TV/monitors. The restaurant is ideal for functions such as weddings with its unique natural surroundings.
